How old do you have to be to farm ancient lichen?
To farm it, you’ll need level level 340 herbalism to gather it and level 70 (at least) to kill whatever is in your way. If you’re level 85 or 90 you can roll right through the below zones and fill your 5 reset quota pretty fast. It’s found in the level 60-70 instances, which means you will be limited to 5 per hour.

Ancient Lichen is one of those herbs I wonder why anyone wants. It’s not worth much on the auction house, about 1-2 gold on most realms. It’s not needed to level Alchemy. It might be cheap enough to use for milling, but there are much better herbs to farm if you need herbs for milling.
