Why Rybka banned?
Allegations have surfaced that Rybka 1.0 beta and other versions of Rybka are derivatives of Fruit 2.1 and Crafty. If versions of Rybka are derived from Fruit and participated in ICGA tournaments, then Rybka has violated ICGA Tournament Rules. Fruit 2.1 source code was distributed with a specific license.
