4change energy is a scam. They promote one rate to get you to sign up but when you get your electric bill it’s a much higher rate! They also provide a 30 day free cancellation but it’s impossible to cancel within 30 days…so I cancelled on the 32nd day and they still charged me a cancellation fee. Buyer Beware.
